Welcome to Yoomga! By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any of our programs.

1. General Terms

1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in Yoomga’s yoga programs and compensation plan.

1.2. Account Registration: Only users with a valid referral can register. Self-registration is not allowed.

1.3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Yoomga is not liable for any unauthorized account access.

2. Yoga Subscription Plans

2.1. Yoomga offers the following yoga plans:

• 3 months: ₹5999

• 6 months: ₹11,999 (Coming Soon)

• 1 year: ₹23,999 (Coming Soon)

2.2. Payments for yoga plans are non-refundable.

3. Compensation & Earnings

3.1. Binary Matching Bonus: Users earn 16.65% per match of 1 BV (₹999) when a BV purchase occurs in their downline.

3.2. Direct Referral Bonus: Users earn 2.5% (₹150per BV) when their direct referral purchases a BV, but only if a match occurs.

3.3. Daily Capping: Each distributor can earn for a maximum of 10 BV matches per day.

3.4. Payment Payouts: Commissions are only paid when a verified BV purchase is made in the downline. No earnings are given without real transactions.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. No Misrepresentation: Users may not make false claims about Yoomga’s services or earning potential.

4.2. No Multiple Accounts: Each individual may have only one account. Violation may result in suspension.

4.3. Ethical Business Practices: Any fraudulent activity, such as creating fake accounts or manipulating BV purchases, will lead to account termination.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1. All purchases of yoga subscriptions and BV packages are final and non-refundable.

5.2. Users can cancel their participation in Yoomga at any time, but no refunds will be issued.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Yoomga does not guarantee specific income levels, as earnings depend on individual participation and referrals.

6.2. We are not responsible for any technical issues that may temporarily disrupt platform access.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1. Yoomga reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform.

7.2. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new terms.
